Thai Massage with Myofascial 1

This course will allow you to deepen your knowledge and practice in Thai Massage postures and the body. We will explore the biomechanics of the body and underlining connective tissues (fascia) that may be creating restriction of movement, within the joints, tendons and muscles.

• Physiology (45-hour course)

Objective
By understanding the fascinating world of 3-dimensional fascial chains throughout the body, you can find ways to release restrictions more effectively in your Thai Massage practice and excel your sensitivity of touch. Great for dealing with injuries and postural issues.

• Learn the anatomy and functionality of fascia (connective tissue).
• Breakdown and analyze Thai yoga postures from a fascia point of view to maximize the range of motion and flexibility.
• Learn NEW hands-on fascial techniques blended with Thai Massage postures to release tissue restrictions and adhesions.
• Learn self-help techniques to realign your own posture and reduce fascial restrictions.
