What to bring

For all course workshops, you will receive a detailed email of what to bring one week prior to the start date of a workshop that you have registered for. Generally for the majority of the workshops, wear comfortable yoga-like clothing. Please bring a pen, paper, a water bottle and a pair of sandals. Books and manuals can be purchase on the first day of your workshop.

Montreal in general: It gets really hot in the summer, and quite cold in the winter, so come prepared! Spring & Fall have warm days and cool nights during which we recommend a jacket or sweater. Layers are always a good idea. You can check Montreal’s weather forecast at www.weather.ca.

There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area including Vegan friendly eateries.

Where to stay

We have a few suggestions of Accommodations in the area. Contact us to get our list!
