Step into a more efficient, mindful, and effective way of working; where depth meets ease.

Participants will learn how to apply slow, sustained pressure and targeted techniques to access deeper layers of muscle and fascia while maintaining client comfort and practitioner longevity. Emphasis is placed on body mechanics, leverage, and the intelligent use of forearms, elbows, fists and body weight to work efficiently without strain.

A unique feature of this workshop is its dual-format approach. Techniques are taught on a traditional Thai Massage Mat, allowing practitioners to explore full-body movement, gravity-assisted pressure, and fluid transitions rooted in Thai methodology. Students will then learn how to seamlessly adapt these same techniques to a Massage Table, ensuring versatility across diverse practice settings.
