Description

Thai Massage is a meaningful technique that washes away the stress and strains of everyday life. In this unique approach, the practitioner guides the client through joint mobilization and stretching while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines (“Sen” lines) and pressure (Marma) points. Together, these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, increases the range of motion, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.

Program Objectives
At the end of this program, students will be able to give a professional Thai Massage that takes into consideration:

  • The philosophy of Thai Massage
  • The needs of the client
  • Comfort and safety of the therapist and client
  • Anatomy/Physiology knowledge taught during the training
  • Professional practice in Massage Therapy
