Objective
This advance course will allow you to dive deeper into anatomy, physiology, injury assessment, and massage application in a hands-on way that is directed towards Yoga or Thai Massage. This course helps you to practice safely and addresses common physical discomforts as related to Yoga and Thai Massage.
Course content
- Revision of Level 1 Anatomy Structures in order to understand deeper structures
- Advanced Body Mechanics and movement of deeper articulations and muscles
- Contraindications
- Common pathologies
- Physiological Systems
- Deeper muscles and muscle groups with its functions as related to Yoga and Thai Massage postures

- The Anatomy Coloring book

Before taking the Final Written Program Exam, all above classes must be completed with passing grades and the student must attend a 90-minute review class.
