Arugula Salad with Asian Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 70 Grams Arugula (1/2 package)
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 6 pieces of cucumber
- 4 teaspoons Roasted sunflower seeds
- Shaved parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Asian sesame dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Finely slice the cucumber.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Put Arugula in the salad bowl.
- Add olive oil in the salad bowl.
- Add balsamic vinegar in the salad bowl.
- Add sliced cucumber.
- Add salad dressing.
- Add cut tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add sunflower seeds.
- Mix well. Plate.
- Sprinkle some cheese on each salad.
